Welcome to the first Grassiva Self Defense School on the Net! Here you can learn online  at your own pace in the comfort and privacy of your home or office the Grassiva Self Defense System. You will earn a legitimate Black Belt Rank at the completion of the lessons, as well as receiving a free lifetime membership in our association. The Grassiva Self Defense System is a style which combines basic techniques from many  various martial arts systems.  Because the Grassiva Self Defense Style  only contains basic techniques, anyone can  quickly and easily learn  The Grassiva Self Defense System.

When faced with a life treating situation every second and decision you make will make a difference. You must defend yourself and or your loved ones, so your technique will have to work. And of course everyone will automatically use the simplest moves to defend themselves! That is why you should choose the GSD System. It is based on simple but effective techniques that everyone can learn. For a Street Defense Program we  do not need good looking, technically advanced,  or complicated techniques, as we won’t use them anyway. They require a huge amount of concentration, and that is not possible in most situations.  Combined Basic Techniques that is what the GSD System represents.

We offer here 3 different home study programs, all of them includes the free Lifetime Membership in the Thunderbolt Kenpo UK!.

Option 1: The Black Belt program which includes  full access to the online dojo, and all the techniques of the GSD System, a black belt 1st dan rank certification,  and a free lifetime membership  in the Thunderbolt Kenpo UK.

Option 2: The  Instructor Program which Includes  full access to the online dojo and all the techniques of the GSD System,  a black belt 4th dan rank certification,  instructor certification, an instructor manual with all the requirements of the GSD System, and the free lifetime membership  in the Thunderbolt Kenpo UK is included.

Option 3: Just Learning Program which includes full Access to the online dojo and all the techniques of the GSD System, but no certifications, however the lifetime membership in the Thunderbolt Kenpo UK is included.

All of the certifications and ranks are given by the honor system as it is an self defense program developed  to enable you to defend yourself against an possible attack on the streets, which are not save anymore! The Main interest should be to learn the techniques and not the rank and certifications as they won’t help you to defend you or your loved ones. Be honest to yourself and grade yourself when you feel you did understand the techniques. After you learn the techniques, pick out your favorite ones and make them your standard moves as it is better to know a few techniques perfectly than a hundred a bit.
